NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with California Education Code, a public hearing will
be conducted on the following dates/times to adopt the waiver for
Extended School Year days and hours for the Tulare
County/District Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA):

3:00 p.m.

Copies of the waiver are available for inspection at the Tulare
County/District SELPA office. For additional information, contact
