NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE TIPTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Governing Board of the Tipton Elementary School District scheduled to be held on June 2, 2020 at 7 p.m., all members of said Governing Board will be absent, and by Board action on May 5, 2020, will be cancelled.  The next regular meeting is to be held on June 9, 2020 at 7 p.m. at Tipton Elementary District Cafeteria Room.

Pick up and drop off for your child’s learning packet is on Thursday, May 7, 2020. Please come to the drive through of the old cafeteria to pick up your packets and drop off your current learning packets. Times that have been assigned are based on the first letter of your child’s last name. If your child's last name begins with the letters:

A through J, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
K through P, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Q through Z, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
For students with any last names, pick up or drop off packets from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

La recogida y entrega del paquete de aprendizaje de su hijo es el jueves 7 de mayo de 2020. Pase por la antigua cafetería para recoger sus paquetes y dejar sus paquetes de aprendizaje actuales. Los horarios asignados se basan en la primera letra del apellido de su hijo. Si el apellido de su hijo comienza con las letras:

A a J, de 8:00 a.m. a 9:00 a.m.
K a P, 9:00 a.m. a 10:00 p.m.
Q a Z, 10:00 a.m. a 11:00 a.m. 

Para estudiantes con cualquier apellido, recoja o deje paquetes de 11:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m.

Yearbooks for Sale!!

Good morning Tipton families. We will be selling a limited number of yearbooks. If you want to purchase a yearbook, you need to complete an order form. We will have the order forms for you behind the multipurpose room from 10-12 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You can drop off your order form at the front office from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Push the button on the gate to speak with Mrs. Miller. The yearbooks will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. The cost of each yearbook is $35. Thank you

Buenos días familias Tipton. Estaremos vendiendo un número limitado de anuarios. Si desea comprar un anuario, debe completar un formulario de pedido. Tendremos los formularios de pedido para usted detrás de la sala de usos múltiples del 10 al 12 los lunes, miércoles y viernes. Tipton Elementary School is Registering TK and Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year

You may pick up and drop off packets to register your child for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year during our meal pick up times from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at our drive thru located on Smith Road. If you have any questions please call Mrs. Miller at 752-4213.

Puede recoger y dejar paquetes para inscribir a su hijo en el Kindergarten de transición y el Kindergarten para el año escolar 2020-2021 durante los horarios de recogida de comidas de 10:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m.en nuestra unidad de disco ubicada en Smith Road.
