NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with California Education Code 56205 (b) (1)-(2), a
public hearing will be conducted on the following dates/times to
adopt the 2024-2027 Governance and Administration and the
2024-2025 Annual Service Plan and Annual Budget Plan for the
Tulare County/District Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA):

NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED ADOPTION OF A
DEVELOPER FEE STUDY AND THE INCREASE OF THE
STATUTORY SCHOOL FEE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Tipton Elementary
School District will hold a hearing and consider input from the public on the
proposed adoption of a Developer Fee Justification Study for the District and an
increase in the statutory school facility fee (“Level I Fee”) on new residential and
commercial/industrial developments as approved by the State Allocation Board on
January 24, 2024. The adoption of the Study and the increase of the Level I Fee
are necessary to fund the construction of needed school facilities to
accommodate students due to development.

Members of the public are invited to comment in writing, on or before March 5,
2024, or appear in person at the hearing at 7:00 pm on March 5, 2024, at the
following location:

Tipton, CA 93272

Materials regarding the Study and the Level I Fee are on file and are available for
public review at the District Office located at 370 N. Evans Rd. Tipton, CA 93272

Tipton Elementary School is now Registering TK and
Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year

Please come by the main office to pick up your packet to register your child for
Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year.

• Applicants with a date of birth prior to September 2nd will be enrolled in Kindergarten.
  Students must turn five by September 1st to enroll in Kindergarten.
   
• Applicants with a date of birth between September 2nd and June 2nd will be enrolled in Transitional Kindergarten.

Please provide shot records, TB Test, proof of residency and a
hospital certificate, passport or baptismal certificate when your
packet is returned to the school’s office

Visite la oficina principal para recoger su paquete y registrar a su hijo en el
Kindergarten y Kindergarten de transición para el año escolar 2024-2025.

• Los solicitantes con una fecha de nacimiento anterior al 2 de septiembre se
inscribirán en Kindergarten. Los estudiantes deben cumplir cinco años antes del 1 de
septiembre para inscribirse en Kindergarten.

• Los solicitantes con una fecha de nacimiento entre el 2 de septiembre y el 2 de
junio se inscribirán en el Kindergarten de transición.

Proporcione los registros de vacunas, la prueba de TB, el comprobante de domicilio y
un certificado de hospital, pasaporte o certificado de bautizo cuando devuelva su
